Erfahrungsaustausch zu Klimagerechtigkeit bei Kaffee & Kuchen
Klimaveränderungen (be)treffen oft diejenigen am stärksten, die am wenigsten zum menschengemachten Klimawandel beigetragen haben. Angesichts dieser globalen Ungerechtigkeit , die mit (neo)kolonialen Machtstrukturen verwoben ist, fordern mehr und mehr Menschen Klimagerechtigkeit.
Bei einem Erfahrungsaustausch mit Kaffee und Kuchen möchten wir mit euch Fragen nachgehen wie: Was für Schwierigkeiten und Lösungen auf dem Weg zu Klimagerechtigkeit erleben und kennen wir ? Wie lassen sich lokale Proteste und Projekte global verbinden und was für eine Bedeutung haben sie?
Mit dabei ist Jekapu Dishani von der NGO „Youth for Environment and Sustainable Development” in Malawi, der gerade in Lüneburg zu Gast ist.
Es wird vorrangig Englisch gesprochen werden, bei Bedarf gibt es Übersetzung ins Deutsche und zurück.
Organisiert wird die Veranstaltung von der JANUN-Lüneburg-Projektgruppe „Youth for Sustainable Development Germany“ und wird von der Bingo-Umweltstiftung gefördert.

Exchange of Experiences in the struggle for Climate Justice
The adverse impacts of climate change often hit those people the hardest that practice a nearly climate neutral way of life. Because this injustice is entangled with (neo)colonial power structures, more and more people are calling for climate justice.
We invite you to exchange ideas and experiences while enjoying some coffee and cake! Which struggles, difficulties, but also solutions on the way to climate justice do we know and experience? How can local actions contribute to a global movement, what is their meaning in the overall context?
We have the opportunity to talk and exchange not only with each other, but also with our guest Jekapu Dishani from the Malawian NGO “Youth for Enivornment and Sustainable Development”.
We will be talking in English mainly, but translation to German will be provided for.
